If you need to temporarily stop the delivery of your newspaper, please submit the form below and you can be sure that it will be stopped while you are gone. We will stop your delivery on the day you request (you will not receive a paper on that date) and we will restart it on your resume date. In order to ensure the timely processing of your request, please contact us at least three days in advance of the dates involved.

Here are the details of your temporary-stop options:

NIE (Newspapers in Education) - Donate your vacation papers to a local school! The NIE program provides sponsored newspapers to teachers and students for use in the classroom. Choose this option to make an important., yet inexpensive contribution to the education of Clayton/Henry County children. (100% of your donation goes directly to local schools.) Please note that your expiration date will not change as a result of this stop option.

Credit Option - Papers will not be delivered and will not be held for delivery upon your return. We will credit your account by extending your current expiration date by the number of delivery days that your service is suspended.

Temporary Hold Option - Don't miss out on what has happened while you were away! We will save your papers in a "Vacation Package" and deliver them all to you on the day of your return. Please note that your expiration date will not change as a result of this stop option. (This option is only available to our carrier-delivery customers.)
